Xyntherium Help Center Check

Your policy changed. Which AI answers just broke?

Check a policy change before you publish it.

When a policy changes, see which help articles and AI answers now disagree.

Xyntherium watches your return policy, pricing and terms wherever they live, re-checks your AI’s answers whenever they change, and shows you exactly what’s now wrong.

Example alert

Help Center Check: 1 saved answer lost support after “Returns policy” changed

What changed (version 4 → 5)

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Clearance items are excluded.

eligibility condition added: “Clearance items are excluded”

Lost support

Q: Can I return something I bought?

Saved answer: “Yes, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.”

This saved answer lost support under the new version.

The new version adds “Clearance items are excluded.” in the same paragraph as the passage this answer relied on, and the answer does not state it.

Next step: revise the saved answer to match the new version.

Wherever your policies live

Your return policy might be a web page, a PDF, a help-center article, or all three. Help Center Check watches each one as a versioned document.

Public policy pages

Paste the URLs of your return policy, pricing and terms. We check them daily (and whenever you press “check now”), and we respect robots.txt.

Uploaded documents

Upload a PDF, Word file, Markdown or text. When the document changes, upload the new version.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Connect where your policies live

Paste policy URLs or upload documents. About two minutes. One-click Zendesk connection is coming.

  2. Step 2

    Approve your starter answers

We draft 20 to 50 likely customer questions with the answer your pages support, each quoting the line it comes from. You approve the ones to watch, or import your own as CSV. Nothing is monitored until you approve it.

  3. Step 3

    We watch every change

Each new version is compared with the last. A formatting or wording-only edit is recorded with its diff and raises no alert. A real change re-checks every saved answer that links to the page, plus any answer that uses words the change added.

  4. Step 4

    You get one clear alert

By email and Slack: what changed (old text and new), which answers it affects, what each one now gets wrong, the source line, and the next step.

Setup takes about ten minutes. See it on your own text first: paste an old version, a new version and up to five bot answers.

What it catches, and what it leaves alone

A new sentence can break an old answer

When “Clearance items are excluded.” is added next to an unchanged 30-day sentence, an answer that says “you can return items within 30 days” without the exclusion is now incomplete. Help Center Check flags it, because it reads the new sentence against the passage the answer relied on.

Formatting edits stay quiet

Reflowed paragraphs, new headings, “thirty (30) days” for “30 days”: recorded with the diff, visible in your dashboard, no alert.

Effective dates are handled with care

When the new version applies from a date, or only to new orders or new customers, the finding says “support changed; applicability needs review”, not that the answer is wrong. A scenario with an order date settles it.

Two result types, never mixed

Saved-answer findings say “this saved answer lost support under the new version”. Optional live tests send each question to your bot’s test endpoint and say “your bot currently answers X”.

Records you can export

Every version, change, check, finding and reviewer decision, as JSON or PDF, linked to a hash-chained evidence ledger: exportable records of what was checked and what was found.

How long do AI answers stay wrong after a policy changes?

We changed one condition on a test store’s return policy and asked AI assistants about it before and after. Method and results, updated daily.

Questions

Which AI does this work with?
Any. Help Center Check compares the answers your bot gives (saved ones you approve, or live ones from a test endpoint) with your own documents. It does not need access to your bot’s model.
What counts as a change?
Any edit that changes a condition, number, date, negation, obligation or citation, or adds or removes a sentence. Formatting and wording-only edits are recorded and stay quiet.
How are answers checked?
With Xyntherium Verify, against the whole new version of each linked document. Verdicts describe your documents, not the world.
What do you store?
Each captured version of your sources (encrypted at rest), your saved answers, every check and finding. You can export it all, and delete the workspace at any time.
